Hi,
We have a number that’s now in our CVC and goes through the SBC 02 9267 8255
Do we have a fax to email service we can use via the SBC?

Hi,
At the moment, we don’t convert fax to email yet in SBC, however, we support a feature called fax relay, meaning the fax traffic will be relayed through from incoming leg to outgoing leg, whether T.38 or pass through, you could have a look at below for reference,
