Hi,

We currently use port 5060 UDP to receive traffic to our PROSBC.

However, we have a customer that is originating traffic from port 9090 and the SBC is blocking the connection. The destination port (the SBC port) is correct 5060 UDP.

Is there a way to allow customers that use different source ports but send traffic to the correct 5060 port?

Hi

Please try following;

NAPs -> Select the customer NAP -> Disable Filter by Proxy port option Save and activate the configuration.
