500 Server Error Empty 500 Server Error

I've been trying for days to get FreeSBC up and running so I can do some testing. I've setup multiple instances on KVM, Azure, and Bare Metal but I keep getting a "500 Server Error" when navigating accross the web GUI. Has anyone else experienced this?
