How to download a new version with existing license key

I have already registered up 5x FreeSBC Free Edition license. I want to download and upgrade my Free Edition to the latest version.
What would be the recommended procedure to do so? Thank you!

Please follow up our forum site for latest releases. On Software Release Status sub forum you will see latest releases and if you are a registered user you can see download link too.
