Who is going to pay for STIR/SHAKEN implementation? Do you suspect Carriers imposing an additional surcharge?
The regulators say that the cost is not to be put on the consumers. The expectation is that the service providers will pay for the improvement in order to improve call completion rates. The cost is not significant.
