Yes, healthcare providers are big users of robocalling for appointment reminders, prescription refills and other activities. It will be important for the application to have a well recognized caller ID for patients to accept the calls. This may mean using the telephone number/name of their doctor's office. To do this, they will need to gain the permission from the proper owner of the number. The mechanism to collect and record this permission is still work in progress.
