As someone that makes outbound calls, how can I improve answer rates?
As a business making outbound cold-calls, it would be wise to make sure that your service provider is signing your calls, gaining the trust of your prospects.
Another tip is asking your customers via email to add your business number to their contact database, improving answer rates for your customers.
