I get this message called the 'Error downloading license'.

can you help me out, please?

I am new to the company and want to play with this to support our live ProSBC.

You had reached the maximum number of FreeSBC download for trial, you could check back the last 5 product keys and see which one you are not in use, and re-use again that key.
