The Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal and Deterrence Act (or TRACED Act) was signed into law on December 30th, 2019, introducing a number of new regulations that are designed to stamp out illegal robocalling and improve trust in the telephone network. The regulations impact a wide range of TDM and SIP-based service providers across the United States. Many parts of the act have deadlines approaching, requiring immediate action.
