Does FreeSBC have the ability to record the whole voice call - SIP+RTP?

Yes, the TB Analytics package can record an entire call. To record audio to a wav file for example, you need a transcoding device. But if you want to capture the SIP and RTP packets, you can use the capture tool togenerate a pcap file.
